Sautéed water spinach with sliced green pepper and fermented bean curd is a popular home-cooking dish in Guangdong province.

DIY Steps:

1. Remove the stalk of the water spinach. (See the following picture)

通菜去根(如图)

2. Wash the water spinach. Take out and drain the water. Set aside.

通菜洗净。捞出沥干水,置于一旁备用。

3. Heat the wok and pour the peanut oil. Add shredded garlic and sliced green peppers in, fry-stir them until fragrant. (Caution: the oil may spill in this step)

起油锅,爆香蒜头、切丝的尖椒。(注意溅出的油)
