Tong Wen of China wins women's over 78kg judo gold

Tong Wen of China celebrates after Women +78kg Gold Medal Contest between Tong Wen of China and Maki Tsukada of Japan of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games Judo envent at USTB Gymnasium in Beijing, China, Aug. 15, 2008. Tong Wen beat Maki Tsukada and won the gold medal.

Chinese Judoka Tong Wen claimed the women's over 78kg title at the Beijing Olympics here Friday, beating Maki Tsukada from Japan in the final.

The bronze medals went to Lucija Polavder from Slovenia and Idalys Ortiz from Cuba.
