Guangdong, a pioneer in green consumption for vehicles, will held its first international auto show of new-energy vehicles from November 20th to 23rd in the China Import and Export Fair Complex in Guangzhou.
Covering a total exhibition area of 10,000 square meters, the new-energy vehicles show will coincide with the 12th China (Guangzhou) international Automobile Exhibition, which will be held from November 21 to 29, 2014.
Sharing Guangzhou international Automobile Exhibition’s influence and industry resources, the New-Energy Vehicles Show will build up a high-quality, internationally-cooperative, technology-exchanging platform to promote the development of new-energy vehicles and meet the demand of industry transformation and upgrading, according to the organizing committee.
It is reported that producing new-energy vehicles is regarded as the national strategy by the main automakers in the world. In 2012, the State Council of China has released relative policies to encourage the new-energy projects by more subsidies. Starting from next month, new-energy vehicles will be exempt from purchase tax.
