又到端午粽叶飘香时节,传统以糯米为主要食材包制的粽子,是应节不可或缺的食物,然而,若是放「粽」大吃,拼命尝味道的结果可能是胃肠道「消」受不起!

1.Avoid eating Zongzi on an empty stomach

Eating Zongzi on an empty stomach allows the polished glutinous rice to stay in the stomach for a long time, which will stimulates secretion of gastric acid. Some chronic gastritis and esophagitis patients may suffer from relapse.

1. 空腹不宜吃粽子

如果空腹吃粽子,糯米就会在胃里停留很长的时间,刺激胃酸分泌,可能导致有慢性胃炎、食道炎的患者旧病复发。

2.Avoid cold drinks when eating Zongzi

Drinking cold drinks will solidify the polished glutinous rice, making it harder to digest. People will feel abdominal distension, too.

2. 吃粽子时不宜喝冷饮

吃粽子的时候不要喝冷饮,喝冷的东西更容易让糯米凝固,更不易消化,让人感觉到滞胀。
