This plate collected in Guangzhou Museum belongs to the typical export-oriented Canton painted porcelain in late Qing dynasty, a period when many Canton porcelain products were ordered by samples from western merchants.

In the middle of this plate was a big eagle with unfolded wings, holding Chinese flag and American flag respectively in each of his claws.
