On June 6 (the first day of the fifth lunar month), 77 dragon boat teams competed together in Jinli Town, Gaoyao District, Zhaoqing City, a famous traditional Chinese dragon boat town, attracting more than 200,000 people to witness the grand event.
Dragon boats raced in jumping waves for the championship. The team members acted in a neat and uniform manner and fought bravely for the first place. With the clanging and powerful drums, the dragon boat left the string like an arrow and broke through the water.
The people on both sides of the river waved flags and shouted, and the atmosphere on site quickly reached a climax.
After fierce competition, the Yaoxi Team won first place in the competition, but each team brought into full play the spirit of "holding together for development and standing bravely at the forefront" of the dragon boat competition.
After years of development, the Jinli Dragon Boat Race has gone far beyond the race itself and become a cultural heritage and spiritual continuity.
