The exhibition "Starting from the Metapoint" by Liu Youju, an artist from Jiexi County, Jieyang City, Guangdong Province, is underway at the official exhibition hall of the Venice Biennale (La Biennale di Venezia), Palazzo Dona dalle Rose, in Italy. This is the first time that the venue has hosted an official solo exhibition for a Chinese artist.

Chiara Dona dalle Rose, Chairman of the Donà Dalle Rose Foundation, highlighted Liu's international significance in the art world during the opening ceremony. She introduced that this exhibition is included in the Venice Biennale's exhibition series.

The exhibition features twenty of Liu's illusionist paintings, which blend the multidimensional twists of human art history with his unique mastery of light, shadow, and color. Furthermore, the exhibition's title, "Starting from the Metapoint", resonates with the theme of the 60th Venice Biennale, "Foreigners Everywhere," symbolizing the convergence of diverse cultures in a revered cultural hub.

Established in 1895, the Venice Biennale is one of the world's oldest and most prestigious art exhibitions. Liu's work "Spark Project" was exhibited at the 60th Venice Biennale in April this year.
