Starting from November 2, some trains from Guangzhou South Railway Station to Zhanjiang West Railway Station and Shenzhen North Railway Station and from Zhanjiang West Railway Station and Maoming Railway Station to Guangzhou South Railway Station and Shenzhen North Railway Station will be temporarily suspended due to the impact of Typhoon Nalgae. And all the CRH trains of Jiangmen-Zhanjiang Railway and sea-crossing trains of Guangzhou-Maoming Railway will be suspended on November 3.
The tickets can be fully refunded within 30 days (starting from the day of departure) at the railway ticket office, official website, or 12306 APP.
In addition, all the railway stations under the administration of CR Guangzhou require a negative 48-hour COVID-19 test result and a green health code ("Jiankangbao") for those leaving for Beijing.
