On the evening of August 30, Guangzhou's landmark Canton Tower lit up to celebrate the opening of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology Guangzhou (HKUST Guangzhou).
According to HKUST Guangzhou, it will begin its first fall semester on September 1. Students from 15 master's and doctoral programs are about to embark on their new campus life.
