As the first and last stop for Canton Fair guests entering and leaving Guangzhou, Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport provides exclusive check-in, priority security check, and free application for badges during the 135th Canton Fair which kicked off on April 15.
The airport also extends its service into the Canton Fair Complex, specially setting up Baiyun Airport Comprehensive Service Counters to provide exclusive "Aviation + Exhibition" services for international guests.
Convenient services at the Complex
Baiyun Airport has established comprehensive service counters in areas A, B, and D of the Canton Fair Complex. These counters offer domestic and overseas businessmen various air travel services, including flight information, air ticket booking, hotel booking, cargo transport, domestic check-in, China Southern Airlines international check-in, baggage check, airport buses, VIP services, airport business information, and other convenient one-stop services.
The counters can be found at Pearl River Promenade in area B, 5-3 in area A (in cooperation with Tongcheng Travel, providing services starting from April 23), and 19.5 in area D (in cooperation with China Southern Airlines). The main service counter is located in area B, and it handles check-in and checkout services for almost all airlines except Spring Airlines. Additionally, this counter provides airport logistics consultation services. In the event of temporary flight changes, the counter will actively assist passengers with refunds and changes to ensure that their travel arrangements are properly managed.
Convenient badge application at the airport
In order to save time queuing up for on-site badge application at the Canton Fair Complex, Baiyun Airport sets up badge application sites during the Canton Fair for overseas buyers in the airport terminal buildings and at the Pullman Baiyun Airport Hotel.

In addition, the first optimized payment service demonstration zone in Guangzhou was launched at Baiyun Airport on March 28 to realize convenient currency exchange or cash withdrawal and provide information on available payment methods. Cooperating with the nearby currency exchange site, ATMs that accept foreign cards, and stores, the zone provides multiple payment services for international guests.
During the Canton Fair, Baiyun Airport terminals also launched a number of special commercial activities including more than 100 selected stores in the terminals, which can be enjoyed by exhibitors with Canton Fair badges.
