Overseas buyer badges for Canton Fair are available for immediate pickup at Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport from April 12.
Who can apply for the Canton Fair Overseas Buyer Badge at Baiyun Airport?
Buyers holding foreign passports, a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, or a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents can apply for the badge at Baiyun Airport.
Where to apply
Four overseas buyer badge application sites are set up at Baiyun Airport, two of which provide 24-hour service on peak arrival days.
Site 1: General Service Counter next to Gate 9, Arrival Area A, Terminal 1, Baiyun Airport.
Site 2: Guangzhou Tourist Information Center next to Ground Traffic Center (GTC), 1st floor, Terminal 2, Baiyun Airport.
Site 3: Counter at International Arrival Hall, 1st floor, Terminal 2, Baiyun Airport.
Site 4: Room W111, West Wing, 3rd Floor Lobby, Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Hotel.
Service hours
From April 12 to May 2, 2024, the service sites at Baiyun Airport terminals are open from 8:00 to 24:00, while the Pullman Hotel service site is open from 09:30 to 24:00. During certain periods, two of the sites are open 24 hours.
24-hour service period:
1. April 14, 15, phase 1;
2. April 22, 23, phase 2;
3. April 30, May 1, phase 3.
24-hour service sites during the aforementioned periods:
Site 3: Counter at International Arrival Hall, 1st floor, Terminal 2, Baiyun Airport.
Site 4: Room W111, West Wing, 3rd Floor Lobby, Pullman Guangzhou Baiyun Airport Hotel.
Badges are issued for free
It’s all free of charge, including first-time applications, replacements and changes.
In addition, during the Canton Fair at Pazhou Complex, general service counters are set up in area B next to Hall 9.2, at 5-3 counters in area A, and at the 19.5 counter in area D. These counters provide a wide range of information services, including flight information, ticket booking, hotel booking, cargo transport, check-in, baggage check, airport buses, VIP services, airport business information and other one-stop air travel services.
