Antje Weithaas Plays Bach's Six Sonatas and Partitas for Solo Violin
Antje Weithaas, One of the most internationally renowned violin virtuosos, is invited to the Mountain View Theater for its 2024 Season opening concert with Bach's six violin solos. Brimful of energy, Antje Weithaas brings her compelling musical intelligence and technical mastery to every detail of the music.

Vitaly Pisarenko Piano Recital
London-based Ukrainian-Russian pianist Vitaly Pisarenko has been steadily gaining worldwide recognition and has performed in over 30 countries. In September 2023 Vitaly was appointed the professor of piano at the Royal College of Music, London.
In this concert, he will play a set of intriguing music from pieces like Liszt's Csardas and Ravel's La Valse, to the expressive Davidsbündlertänze by Schumann and the Romeo and Juliet Suite by Prokofiev.

His recording of 32 Beethoven Sonatas, completed in 2003, is hailed as one of the most authoritative ever published.
On his first visit to Shenzhen, the great American pianist will deliver sublime readings of Beethoven's late-period works.
