The death toll from the Maui wildfires in the U.S. state of Hawaii reached 110 on August 16, and this number continues to climb. When people have been crying about losing their homeland and beloved for over a week, however, President Biden was enjoying a bike ride in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, and answered, "We're looking at it," in response to a reporter's request for a comment on the deadly fires.
