Video | It's time to break up with obesity

Some say May 11 marks the World Obesity Day, but others claim that the Day falls on March 4 or October 11. It doesn't matter which date marks the World Obesity Day, because either way, it works to remind you of not being overweight. 

According to the data reported by the WHO in December 2021, over 40% of all men and women (2.2 billion people) are now overweight or obese. The WHO also points out that more and more people are getting obese in the world. From 1975 to 2016, the obesity rate had nearly tripled. On April 8, a research claimed that one third of the global population have gained weight during the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
