The 133rd Canton Fair is to kick off on Saturday, Guangzhou plans to add more bus routes.
During the Canton Fair, two temporary bus routes will be added. One runs between Canton Fair Complex and Huanshi Zhong Road, via Yuejiang Dong Road, Pazhou Bridge, Keyun Road, Zhongshan Dadao, Tianhe Road and Huanshi Road.
The other run between Canton Fair Complex and Liuhua Road, via Xingang Dong Road, Yuejiang Xi Road, Liede Bridge, Huacheng Dadao, Jinsui Road, Guangzhou Dadao, Dongfeng Road, Jiefang Bei Road and Liuhua Road.
Participants of the fair can get on the two buses at Zhanchang Zhong Road near the complex. The opening hour on the first four days of each phase is scheduled from 15:00 to 19:00, and the opening hour on the last day of each phase is from 13:00 to 17:00.
Besides, Guangzhou increases the number of buses of the routes to the Canton Fair Complex.
Regular bus routes to the Canton Fair Complex include Bus No.229, 239, 262, 304, 582, 763, 988, Higher Education Mega Center Bus No.3, Tour Sightseeing Lines 1 and 3, and Bus No.7.
Three customized bus routes added
The city has also added three customized bus routes during the Canton Fair Complex. The routes run between Canton Fair Complex and Asia International Hotel, Canton Fair Complex and Guangzhou East Railway Station, as well as the Canton Fair Complex and subway station Higher Education Mega Center North.
Buyers, exhibitors and part-time interpreters will be provided with point-to-point travel service from the Complex to hotels, transportation hubs and the Higher Education Mega Center.
A special shuttle bus will also be added from the Complex to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport. These buses are scheduled from 9:30 to 16:00, while that from the Complex to the Airport is from 11:00 to 18:00.
