It's the Year of the Snake. Guangdong is rolling out tons of New Year celebrations this year. For people who want to spend the Chinese New Year in Guangdong, it might be a lit difficult to decide their destination, due to the abundant activities across the region.
Suraya Binti Ahmad Pauzi, Consul General of Malaysia in Guangzhou, revealed her choice for GDToday. "It is my tremendous pleasure to spend my third time my third Chinese New Year here in Guangzhou. In my first year, I went to Liwan Lake and in my second year, I went to see the flower markets." she said, "So this year I'm really looking forward to seeing the Tulip Festival at Baiyun Mountain."
