Roasted pig is a must-have for many Cantonese people during the Chinese New Year, which symbolizes prosperity and a booming year. As the Spring Festival is coming, Ruben from the United States made a special trip to Bruce Lee's ancestral home in Shunde Jun'an and tried to find the best pig to eat. He learned from the local chef to roast a pig with Kungfu squat and some interesting moves so as to take a bite of the most authentic and suckling roasted pig, which represents the unique taste of the Chinese New Year.
