The 2024 Imperial Springs International Forum is being held for the first time in Madrid, Spain, from December 11 to 12.
With the theme "Collective Action for Our Future," more than 40 former global dignitaries and over 20 experts from China and other countries will attend the forum and discuss global hot topics, including artificial intelligence, global governance, sustainable development, and more.
Maria Fernanda Espinosa, President of the 73rd Session of the UN General Assembly told GDToday that Latin America highly appreciated the joint work and the partnership with China that the cooperation can strengthen interdependence, collective action, building global community, but also tackling inequalities, poverty, climate crisis and security crisis.
"We have witnessed poverty reduction massively in China and we have learned that there is no one model of development, one political system," said she.
