Lighting and major household appliances are traditional advantageous industries in Zhongshan. In 2024, their export value reached 75.52 billion RMB, contributing 36.4% to the total export expansion of Zhongshan.
2024 marks the 10th anniversary of China's proposal to build a China-Latin America community with a shared future. Zhongshan's exports to Latin American markets skyrocketed 32.4% to 28.07 billion yuan. Notably, the exports to Brazil and Peru showed explosive growth of 69% and 67.1% respectively.
