You have to admire the powerfulness of the mysterious oriental force, for example, when mastering Wing Chun of Foshan, you are more likely to get promoted in Australia; Yingge of Chaoshan has become a popular cultural icon among Thai students; and preservation of Nyonya culture has become a lucrative business in southeast Asia. A great many traditional cultural elements from Guangdong are now spreading rapidly and take roots in foreign countries. They interact with other civilizations in the world and end up creating new fashions in people's daily life. In the Episode 1 of Discovering Guangdong's Samples of Going-global of Chinese Culture, we aim to re-examine the spread of traditional Guangdong cultures in different parts of the globe and the significance of these cultures in people's daily life.
