From Sept. 4 to 6, the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation (FOCAC) Summit was held in Beijing. Albert Rugaba from Rwanda has been working in Shenzhen City for many years. He was impressed by the city's innovation capacity and the advanced green technologies. With more Shenzhen-based companies introduced in Rwanda and other African countries, Albert believed more Africans can have the opportunities to harness technologies from their Chinese friends.
