Fuxu Community, located in the center of Fusha Town, Zhongshan, is the hub of the entire town. Among its attractions, Fuxu Mountain stands out as the most famous. More than a thousand years ago, Fuxu Mountain stood isolated in Lingding Estuary. From afar, it seemed to float up and down with the waves, hence its name.
As an important node on the route between Xiangshan and Dongguan, over a hundred years ago, the ancient ferry of the Fuxu Causeway emerged at a historic moment. This gave birth to the bustling Fuxu Street.
Today, strolling along Fuxu Street, Nanyang-style veranda still exists, the old granary has transformed into a Xiangshan Study, tea shops welcome and bid farewell to patrons, and creative wall painting fills up the sense of literature and art.
