Chinese FM: A sense of unease appears in Europe as a country abandons international groups

The 61st Munich Security Conference (MSC) kicked off on February 14 (local time), bringing together policymakers and experts to discuss pressing global security challenges amid the accelerating rise of multipolarity and a complex geopolitical landscape.

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi made remarks while answering questions at the "China in the World".

“There are always people claiming that China wants to change the international order or to build a new order. But now, I think, there are no more people repeating these words. Because the real challenge happens after a country abandons international groups,” he said.

“People in Europe may feel a growing sense of unease creeping in daily,” Wang added.
