Stunning! Hezhe Fish Skin Clothes showcased at the Cultural Fair

Heilongjiang exhibition area of China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair, ice and snow cultural and creative products brought a refreshing feel, and the display of intangible cultural heritage exhibition received great acclaim. At the Hezhe ethnic group's intangible heritage exhibition booth, exhibitor Ning Guojing showed us birch bark paintings, fish skin paintings and fish skin bags. She explained that the Hezhe people is a fishing and hunting ethnic group, who hunt in winter and fish in summer. In times when food and clothing were scarce, they relied on fish skin clothes. These products represent intangible cultural heritage and were crafted by the inheritors.
