On the evening of September 5th, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with foreign and Chinese journalists together with Senegal's Foreign Minister Yassine Fall and Foreign Minister Gakosso of the Republic of Congo.
The Republic of Congo is the new co-chair of FOCAC. Foreign Minister Gakosso of the Republic of Congo expressed his gratitude to China more than once in his speech. He said that in China's cooperation with Africa, there is no ulterior motive, which is the core focus that differentiates China from other countries.
And Senegal's Foreign Minister indicated that China and Africa share many common values, and she highly values the friendship with China.
