The End of Heat implies that most parts of China are getting rid of the hot summer and entering autumn. It is also the busy harvest season for farmers, while trees gradually wither. In ancient times, Chinese people advocated that people should cultivate their mind internally and improve their behavior externally so that they could follow their hearts’ desire without overstepping the line. Ma Yuehui, the hostess, makes two dishes -- Crispy Fried Duck Wrapped in Taro and Longan Soup with Dongjiang Yam Balls for this solar term and has invited Mr. Khatibu Makenga, Consul General of Tanzania in Guangzhou to taste the food. The two take a walk in the South China National Botanical Garden which has just been unveiled. They visit the breeding center, and talk about the efforts the two countries have made in biodiversity conservation. Later, Mr. Makenga cooks Ugali, a traditional Tanzanian food, and invites the hostess to visit his official residence. On the occasion of the 58th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Tanzania, Consulate General of Tanzania in Guangzhou was officially set up. The two countries will use the wisdom of “following your heart and following the right way” to jointly build a road for green development and prosperity.
