This is the hometown of Peng Pai, an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China who was praised by Comrade Mao Zedong as the "Leader of the Peasant Movement". It is also the birthplace of China's first Red Soviet regime, having received numerous honors, including the "National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit".
"It's my first time seeing such a distinctive red culture district in China! I should capture this with my camera quickly!" said Egyptian influencer @Laoli in China (老李在中国), who has nearly 2 million followers on Douyin, excitedly snapping a photo of the fleeting scenery through the car window."

"Green ecology" in sight
Internet influencers use VR telescopes to view the full expanse of Haifeng Wetland.
Stepping into the coastal ecological tourism area in Haifeng County, it feels like entering an ink-wash painting. Earlier this year, the area was successfully designated as a national 3A-level tourist attraction, becoming one of the most beloved "green beauty spots" for locals.
"The sunlight shoots through the rosy clouds, and the autumn water is merged with the boundless sky into one hue…" Australian blogger Scott Tildesley couldn't help but recite a poem; he felt Wang Bo's verses perfectly described the early autumn scenery of the lake wetland.

Visitors also appreciated the charm of "China's Hometown of Waterbirds" at the Dahu Bird Science Museum, where they could use VR telescopes to view the expansive landscapes of Haifeng's Gongping Wetland, Dahu Wetland, and Dongguan Liananwei Wetland, along with an exciting 5D movie experience. The museum features lifelike bird specimens and models, vividly showcasing Haifeng County's diverse wetland scenery and rich bird resources.
"The 5D movie was amazing; listening to the birds' stories about resting, wintering, and breeding here made me feel the Chinese determination to protect the environment as carefully as one protects their eyes," remarked blogger Jin Minrui (金敏瑞) from the Republic of Korea.

This was followed by a feast of seafood dishes like sea urchin fried rice and curry crab, marinated shrimp, mackerel fish balls. The sumptuous seafood feast left the influencers delighted. The sweetness of the crab, the tenderness of the fish, and the springiness of the shrimp made everyone exclaim, "delicious!"
The Chenzhou oyster is widely praised for its qualities of being "fat, tender, fresh, and beautiful", making it a vivid example of Shanwei's brand "Shanwei Leads World's Seafood in Freshness".

He hoped that through the shared experiences of the visiting group members on social media, more people around the world would come to know, understand, and love Shanwei.
