On May 19, a high-quality development-themed media delegation visited the Shenzhen Bus Group. Shenzhen had become the first city globally to replace all of its buses and taxis with new energy vehicles by 2018. The city has upgraded EV charging facilities and the management system accordingly. The ultra-fast charging stations allow some EVs to charge from 20% to 80% in about 15 minutes. In addition, the Bus Brain smart transportation management system helps 80% of passengers save 20% of their commuting time.
