Guided by a presenter, Brazilian coach Martins and his daughter Sonia began their journey at the DeRUCCI Hotel, where they experienced the seamless fusion of AI and sleep technology.

As a football coach, Martins often struggles with muscle tension and soreness after training. He shared how lying on the AI mattress immediately relieved pressure, with air cushions adjusting to support his back and ankles. "I've never experienced a mattress this smart—it feels like it knows exactly what I need," he said.
Meanwhile, Sonia joyfully rolled on the bed, amazed by its adaptability. She was particularly intrigued by the mattress's integration with smart home devices, enabling connections to air conditioners, TVs, and curtains. "This is amazing! But what makes it so special?" she marveled.
Next, they visited DeRUCCI’s smart factory, a 200,000-square-meter facility that serves as a key intelligent manufacturing base and a global leader in Industry 4.0 digitalized manufacturing for soft furniture.
In the core production workshop, Martins and Sonia explored cutting-edge automated production lines. From spring manufacturing and foam molding to mattress assembly, every process is highly automated, significantly boosting efficiency while ensuring consistent quality. They also witnessed the precision of the fully automated warehouse, where tasks like order sorting, packaging, and shipping were executed flawlessly.
Sonia snapped photos enthusiastically, exclaiming, “This manufacturing setup completely overturns my impression of Dongguan. Dongguan's smart manufacturing is truly remarkable!”
