A press conference was held on July 19 to elaborate on the guiding principles from the third plenary session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which was convened in Beijing from July 15 to 18.
The most important outcome of the plenary session is the adoption of the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization, which puts forward more than 300 important reform measures, said Tang Fangyu, deputy head of the CPC Central Committee Policy Research Office, at the press conference.
