Heated seat in metro? Harbin surprises you in unexpected ways

I live in Guangzhou, where it's sunny and warm all year long—no snow, no need for a thick jacket. So when I found myself in Harbin, a city famous for its freezing winters, I couldn't help but be curious!

First impression? Cold. But hey, it's the perfect spot for the 9th Asian Winter Games, where athletes from all over Asia are battling it out in the ultimate cold-weather showdown!

As someone rarely sees snow, I couldn't contain my excitement to walk on the snow and hear that satisfying crunch! And get this—sometimes it's snowing while the sun's shining! Is the weather playing tricks on me?

But the real surprise? Harbin's warmth comes from the most unexpected places—like heated seats on the metro! Trust me, that little seat saved me from turning into a popsicle! And indoors? It's like a cosy hug after the cold.

Stay tuned to discover more wonders of Harbin and the Asian Winter Games here!
