On March 29, the State Council Information Office of China held a press conference in Beijing with the theme of "Promoting high-quality development." The director general of the Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Ai Xuefeng attended the conference and expressed Guangdong’s commitment to let enterprises play the leading role in innovation under the new situation.
“Guangdong has accelerated the incubation of a number of ‘new species’ enterprises in new areas and new tracks,” he added.
