Themed "Multilateralism: More Exchanges, Greater Inclusiveness, and Cooperation," the 2023 Imperial Springs International Forum (ISIF) is taking place in Guangzhou, the capital city of South China's Guangdong province, from December 3 to 5.
During the Plenary Discussion held on December 4, Kjell Magne Bondevik, former Prime Minister of Norway, said "we don't need conflicts between the US and China. They should take more of the great potential for cooperation, to the benefit not only of these two great nations but of the whole world."
He noted that Europe should be united and serve as a balancing power among other major countries.
