Africa remains an important trading partner for Guangdong, with total imports and exports exceeding 270 billion yuan last year, a growth of 3.9%, accounting for 13.7% of China's trade with Africa.
According to reporter of Label Diplomatique, Guangdong, being a significant province for foreign investments and trade within China's opening-up process, holds importance in strengthening ties between China and Africa.
