Today marks the 24th of the twelfth lunar month, which is known as the day to 'Xie Zao' (means thanking the god of stove) that has been a traditional custom in Foshan. Mia from South Africa has participated in the special activities in Nanfeng Ancient Kiln, getting inside the belly of the dragon kiln for good luck, adding firewood and wishing for a pay rise. Through all the experience, she appreciated the atmosphere of the Chinese Spring Festival.
