On October 1, the Drum King Showdown took place at Tianhu Park in Xiqiao Mountain Scenic Area in Foshan, drawing a huge crowd of spectators.
Ten teams competed by showcasing solo drum performances and artistic collaborations. The Xiqiao Youth Federation Dragon and Lion Team clinched the Drum King title with the highest score.
The event was full of excitement with captivating lion dance performances that dazzled the audience.
Both spectators and performers were involved in promoting the cultural heritage of the Foshan lion dance.
