Currently, to transfer scientific and technological achievements and start businesses in HTCZ has become a consensus among Hong Kong universities, residents, and enterprises," said Zeng Jianpeng, Director of the Development Office of the Hetao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone (HTCZ).
