Audiences explore Chinese history and art with masters of intangible cultural heritage

On May 4, the "An Encounter with Macro Polo" Intangible Cultural Heritage Exhibition successfully concluded at the Guangzhou Opera House. This two-day event attracted over 1,000 visitors from nearly 30 countries and regions.

The exhibition was open to audiences of the opera "Marco Polo" during its revival. With the introduction of masters of Guangzhou Painted Porcelain and Guangzhou Embroidery, an English guidance offered by GDToday, global visitors were immersed in the charm of Lingnan cultural heritage.


"I'm so grateful that tonight we have a wonderful opera in this amazing location, with amazing pieces of art," said Elena Donati, a viewer from Italy, "We are connected for Marco Polo, for art, for everything."
