The 2023 Guangdong 21st Century Maritime Silk Road International Expo opened in Guangzhou, Guangdong province, on Friday, offering a platform for the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) participating countries and regionsto expand and deepen cooperation and exchanges.
More than 1,000 companies from 57 BRI participating countries and regions attended the event, which was organized in the exhibition halls of the China Import and Export Fair. In addition to increasing their profiles in the vast Chinese market, they seek to further advance cooperation and exchanges to help address crises and achieve economic recovery.
