The Promotion Conference on Guangdong's High-quality Development with the aid of Overseas Chinese was held in Guangzhou on February 29.
"Overseas Chinese entrepreneurs have a strong responsibility for promoting high-quality development. We will join hands together to help attract high-end talent, aiming for a win-win outcome that combines talent, technology, enterprises and industrial parks," said Lin Shaohua, founding chairman of scientific and technical advisory committee of Silicon Valley.
