"Guangdong Province's GDP is expected to reach 14 trillion yuan in 2024, ranking 1st in China for 36 consecutive years. The total import and export volume exceeded 9 trillion yuan, increased by 9.8%, holding the first place for 39 consecutive years and contributing 38.7% to the national increase", said Guangdong Governor Wang Weizhong when delivering the Government Work Report on January 15.
