Emeritus professor at Columbia University: the changes in China are seismic and huge

On the evening of 29 September, Guangdong Province held a National Day reception to celebrate the 75th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Chinese and foreign guests celebrated together and wished China prosperity, strength, and its people happiness and well-being.

David Price Roye Jr, Emeritus professor at Columbia University, as well as recipient of Guangdong Friendship Award, indicated that he feels happy to be part of China's development.
