Airport ferry terminal opens sight-seeing route

The Sea Rainbow cruise ship embarked on a sightseeing tour of the Shenzhong Link from the Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal on July 5, the second sightseeing route jointly operated by the terminal and the Shenzhen Oceanus Group.

This circular route passes by the Eastern Artificial Island, passes under the main bridge of the Shenzhong Link, passes by the Western Artificial Island, and then returns to the terminal, providing sightseers with the best and closest vantage point from which to admire the link.

During the 100-minute voyage, passengers can enjoy views of the Shenzhong Link, Shenzhen airport, the Guangzhou-Shenzhen Riverside Expressway, Xiwan Mangrove Forest, Dachan Bay Container Terminal, and Bay Glory Ferris wheel. Various onboard activities are arranged to provide insight into the stories of the Shenzhong Link.

The ferry service operates three times a day at 9:30 a.m., 2:30 p.m., and 5 p.m. Ticket prices are 138 yuan per person on weekdays and 168 yuan per person on weekends. Tickets can be purchased on-site or through the official Shenzhen Airport Ferry Terminal WeChat account “深圳机场码头.”

In addition to the sightseeing tour of the Shenzhong Link, the terminal also offers ferry services to Hong Kong, Macao, Zhuhai, and Hengqin, with a total of 180 ferry services per week.

In the first half of the year, it handled 230,000 passenger trips. The sightseeing route to Qianhai Bay operates 56 times per week and accommodated over 10,000 tourists in the first half of the year.
