The first batch of coupons is available from 21:00 on April 26 to 23:59 on April 29 and can be used from 9:00 to 20:00 from April 27 to May 7. The second round of subsidy activities will start in the second half of this year.

People can follow the "广东文化旅游" (pinyin: guang dong wen hua lü you ) WeChat official account and enter the "惠民补贴" (Public Subsidies) section to obtain coupons. This can be done through the China UnionPay APP "Yunshanfu" (云闪付). Compared with previous years, this year's vouchers can be used for outbound travel routes, regular tourism routes, tickets to scenic spots, accommodation and so on.

The province will also provide more than one million discounted or free tickets to scenic areas. For example, Guangzhou Chimelong Tourist Resort has launched a discount of up to 44% off, Shaoguan's Danxia Mountain is offering a 50% discount on tickets before June 30, and Seven Star Cave in Zhaoqing is offering a one-year tourist card.

Southern Airlines will distribute one million air ticket coupons valued between 20 and 300 RMB for domestic and international routes, as well as special air tickets with lower prices. Tourists can purchase flight tickets and Guangdong's scenic area tickets at the same time to enjoy discounts.

From the end of April to the end of August, more than 1,000 cultural performances by seven professional art troupes, including Guangdong Cantonese Opera Theatre, Guangzhou Symphony Orchestra, and Guangdong Chinese Orchestra, will be staged in tourist attractions. During the May Day holiday (April 29 to May 3), the troupes will perform at Guangzhou Hakka World, Lingnan Impression Park, Foshan Ancestral Temple Museum, Gulao Waterfront Eco-Cultural Tourism Resort in Jiangmen, Xinghu Scenic Spot in Zhaoqing, Qingyuan Shelari-gu Spring Resort, and other tourist attractions.

Furthermore, the "Guangdong Digital Cultural and Tourism Consumption Map" is available on the AutoNavi APP. Users can search for "活力广东" (pinyin: huo li guang dong) on the homepage to enter the Map, which includes 133 popular tourism destinations in the province. Users can browse the beautiful pictures of each destination, check the related information, and navigate or use online ride-hailing services to the destination with one click.

Together with the Map, special discount on transportation, hotel, and tourism packages worth about 20 million RMB is issued as well. Until the end of May, users can enjoy a discount when they use AutoNavi to take a taxi to the recommended tourism destinations on the Map. After arriving at the destination, users can also scan the offline QR code via the AutoNavi app to receive taxi and hotel discount coupons.
