GDToday works as an authoritative source of information on Guangdong policies. It provides coverage of the current news of China, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and Guangdong for global users. It provides the most comprehensive information for people from all walks of life who have come to Guangdong to invest, study, travel, and work.

Newsgd.com was established in 2003. Based on this website, now GDToday has been developed as a multimedia and multi-functional news release channel. The GDToday App features modules for news, books, culture and tourism information, practical information, audio-visual media, etc.

The News module covers breaking news from both China and around the globe and releases authoritative news and information about the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangdong Province, and other regions. The Lifestlye module presents the diversified cultural life and tourism resources of Guangdong alongside traditional Chinese and Lingnan cultural information. The Service module provides our readers with comprehensive and useful tips on investment, daily life, and study. In this module, we also present information on services related to epidemic prevention, transportation, entry and exit, medical care, laws and regulations, and visa and work permit applications for foreigners who have come to Guangdong to work and study.

The Books module offers our readers books and materials on the politics and economics of China, Chinese culture, Chinese philosophy, and learning Chinese.
