A delegation of the Macao SAR Government and Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin visited Lisbon and Porto in Portugal for business exchanges from April 18 to 22.
The delegation representatives found business opportunities there, saying that they would strengthen the economic and trade links with Portuguese enterprises in the future and seek more opportunities in high-end manufacturing, bio-medicine, cross-border e-commerce and other fields.
Delegation visited winery projects invested by Macao enterprises in Portugal.
Zhuhai Hengqin Bringbuys Network Technology Co., Ltd signed a cooperation agreement with a Portuguese company and authorized a local enterprise to become an agent for the professional service of China-Portugal cross-border e-commerce.
Su Zhanhang, Vice President of Chimelong Group Co., Ltd., said the trip helps them to investigate Portugal's tourism industry. "We hope more Portuguese companies will visit Hengqin to learn the latest development of the cooperation zone, and expand our cooperation."
