Over 300 representatives from 80 enterprises and institutes from Guangdong are attending the 3rd China-Central and Eastern European Countries (CEEC) Expo & International Consumer Goods Fair, China’s only national exhibition centered around China’s cooperation with CEEC, which is held in Ningbo of Zhejiang Province from May 16 till 20.

Among them, nearly 20 enterprises display their consumer goods, and the fields range from intelligent manufacturing, electronic information, new-energy vehicle, energy conservation and environment protection and time-honored brands.
On the first day of the fair, May 16, the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province held a promotion event to introduce the preferential investment policies of the province to the guests. The event attracted more than 200 guests to participate. Preliminary statistics show that the total amount of cooperation projects signed by the participating enterprises has reached 102.2 million RMB.

During the fair, nearly 50 buyers from supermarkets, retailing, e-commerce platforms as well as import and export trades from Guangdong attended to place orders on the spot, so as to expand their purchasing channels and markets.
This year’s Expo leverages innovative mechanisms to produce tangible outcomes and generate far-reaching effects, further upgrading and expanding China-CEEC cooperation in fields such as trade, investment, people-to-people and cultural exchanges.
