Starting from April 22, China Southern Airlines will open a new direct route from Guangzhou to Doha, the capital of Qatar. This will offer passengers from both countries more travel options.
This route will be operated by a Boeing 787. The flight from Guangzhou to Doha will depart from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport at 19:20 (local time) every Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, and arrive at Hamad International Airport in Doha at 22:50 (local time). The flight duration is approximately eight hours and 30 minutes.
The return flight will depart every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday at 01:15 (local time) from Doha and arrive in Guangzhou at 13:40 (Beijing time). The flight duration is about seven hours and 25 minutes.
Starting from February 28, passengers can book tickets and special services in advance on the airline's official website and app.
In the future, China Southern Airlines will continue to work with Qatar Airways to provide global passengers with a more comfortable and convenient travel experience.
