A disturbance cloud cluster located in the central and southern South China Sea has intensified into a tropical depression as of 17:00 on the 13th. It is expected to move northwestward at a speed of approximately 15 kilometers per hour, gradually strengthening and heading towards the central and northern coast of Vietnam from the 15th to the 16th.
