Guangdong is forecast to see dry and sunny weather until the end of February, with relatively high daytime temperatures and cool nights, according to the provincial meteorological observatory.

On February 24, weak cold air will move southward and bring clouds and overcast skies to the cities and counties in the north of Guangdong, while other regions will be sunny with cloudy spells. Temperatures will drop slightly by 2-4℃ in the northern regions of Guangdong due to the influence of the weak cold air. The highest daytime temperatures in Shaoguan and the northern part of Qingyuan will be 12-16℃. The lowest morning temperatures will be 9-12℃ in Guangdong's northern and eastern regions, 15-17℃ in the Leizhou Peninsula region, and 12-15℃ in other regions.

From February 24 to 27, Guangdong will continue to be under the cold high pressure, and temperatures in most parts of the province will gradually drop. The lowest morning temperatures on the 27th are expected to be between 4-7℃ in the northern regions of Guangdong.
